From the MyAccount page of our website (link below) you can register and login to our online service.
We recommend adding this page to your favourites so you can easily find it whenever you need it.www.southernhousing.org.uk/myaccount
To log in you’ll need:
- An email address
- A password (choose something you’ll remember with more than 9 characters).
- Click ‘add your accounts’
The first time you use the web version of MyAccount you’ll need to confirm a few details.
These are the details you’ll need to do this:
- First Name: Forename
- Last Name: Surname
- Postcode: Postcode
- House or flat number: Number
- Security PIN: PIN
Closing the app
We’ll be removing the MyAccount app from the app stores from 9 October 2023.
So while you will still be able to use the app until 31 December 2023, you wont be able to refresh or update the app.
For this reason you may choose to move over to the web version of MyAccount sooner.
You’ll be pleased to know that we’re now working on a new and improved resident portal giving you more convenience and flexibility.
Part of this work will include a new app version of the portal. We’ll bring you more information on this in 2024.
