Our payment provider is changing

From Monday 27 July 2026, we’re changing our payment provider from Pay360 to allpay Ltd.

Everything you need to know about our new payment provider

If you currently pay your rent and/or service charge by Direct Debit you don’t need to take any action. Your Direct Debit payment will automatically move to allpay Ltd. From 1 August 2026.

If you’ve made a rent or service charge payment via PayPoint or the Post Office in the last 18 months, we’ll send you a new allpay payment card by 27 July 2026.

When it arrives, please:

· Start using your new card from 27 July 2026

· Destroy your old Pay360 card.

If you’d like to order a payment card, please call us on 0300 303 1066 or request one through our Online Account.

After 27 July 2026, you shouldn’t use your old Pay360 card. If you use your old card, your payment could be delayed or may not reach your account.

No, you can continue using your existing payment reference number when making payments.

You can make payments by:

Direct Debit: This is the best and easiest way to pay. Contact us if you’d like to set up a Direct Debit Payment via the contact details below. If you already have a Direct Debit set up with us, there’s no action for you. Your payment will automatically move over to allpay Ltd from 1 August onwards.
Through our Online Account: a quick and secure way to make a payment. Find out more at here
Post Office or PayPoint outlets: using your new payment card. You’ll find a full list of outlets here
By phone: You can call us to make a payment on 0300 303 1066, we’ll transfer you to the automated allpay payment line. If you’ve set up an automated reoccurring payment, you’ll need to reset these after 27 July 2026.
