In line with recent legal requirements, electrical wiring safety certificates produced on and after 1 May 2026 will be available for you to view online.
When we carry out an electrical wiring safety inspection at your home, the relevant safety certificate will be uploaded to the ‘My Documents’ section of your Online Account within 28 days of the inspection. Over time, we’ll also add any previous electrical safety certificates, where available.
If you’re not already signed up to Online Account, it’s quick and easy to do.
If you’re unable to access Online Account and need a copy of your electrical wiring safety certificates, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
If you're a new resident, you'll receive copies of any relevant safety certificates in your tenancy welcome pack rather than in your Online Account.
We’ll share further details of additional safety and compliance documents coming to your Online Account in the future.

Please note: Shared owners and leaseholders are responsible for arranging and paying for their own electrical inspection and testing so won’t see the My Documents tile in their Online Account.
