What is MFA?
MFA is an extra security step that asks you to confirm your identity in two ways. In addition to your password, we’ll also ask you for a code that we send to your phone or email address, so your account stays safer.
What do I need to do?
Next time you log in to Online Account, you’ll be asked to set up MFA. Don’t worry, this is quick and easy and adds an extra layer of protection by confirming it’s really you.
Just follow the simple on screen instructions when you’re next logging in. Once you're set up, you won't be asked to do this again unless you log in on a new device.
