What you need to know
Your booklet is personalised to you. It shows the actual charges for your home from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, along with a comparison to what we previously estimated.
It also explains how your final charge has been worked out.
If you’ve received one of these booklets, you’ll find everything explained inside.
We’ll apply the money to your account within five working days of you receiving your letter.
Please follow the payment dates shown in your letter.
We’ll add the amount to your 2026 to 2027 rent increase and collect it in weekly instalments.
If you have accounts for both 2022 to 2023 and 2023 to 2024, you’ll receive two booklets.
We’ll combine both balances to show whether your account is in credit or debit overall. This will be clearly explained in your letter and booklet.
What happens next
We’re still finalising the year end accounts for 2024 to 2025 and 2025 to 2026. We’ll send these separately once they’re ready.
