Since our merger in 2022, we’ve been listening closely to what matters most to our residents. You’ve told us
that quality homes, good services, and value for money are your top priorities. We agree. Now, as we begin shaping our Corporate Strategy for 2026–2030, we want to hear more from you.

We’re inviting all residents to take a 5-10 minute survey to share your experiences and expectations. Your feedback will directly influence our future plans and help us deliver the best possible services.

You can win £50 in Shopping Vouchers
As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two £50 shopping vouchers. The draw will take place on 11 August 2025, and winners will be notified within two weeks.
