You deserve a good repairs service.
When we merged we had 25,000 outstanding repairs. This had an impact on the service you’ve received and we’re sorry. However, we’re pleased to say we’ve now reduced this by nearly 50%.
We’re holding our contractors to account and working together to create a new set of repair standards.
We know we’re on a journey and it won’t be fixed overnight. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get there.
Amongst other things:
• We’ve increased our budget for repairs by £8m
• We’ve increased our repairs workforce by 21%
• We’re investing in all our frontline workers to achieve the high standards you deserve.
