We want to create opportunities for residents and communities to fulfil their potential. Many are thriving, however for some, life presents challenges and complexities getting in the way of achieving full potential and happiness.
You’ve told us about the challenges you face and the issues we can help you overcome. The sort of help required for residents in needs of support.
The impact we can make is increasingly important given the current economic, social and environmental challenges. And we’re taking action to make a difference.
We’ve co-created our Social Impact Statement with input from over 1,000 people from our diverse resident population, as well as colleagues and stakeholders. Read our Social Impact Statement below:
We’re focussing on three main priorities for those seeking our support:
- Helping people build financial resilience and improve Digital skills
- Strengthening our communities and improving places
- Maximising social value outcomes.
And we’ve set ourselves targets to keep us on track:
- Tracking residents’ satisfaction with the support we provide
- Working with 7,000+ residents each year
- Be a financial ally to 4,000+ residents a year, helping address cost of living challenges
- Working to make a positive financial impact for these homes
- Promoting new Digital support options for our residents
- Developing our community partnerships projects and encourage 2,000 residents on communities’ and neighbourhoods’ improvement activities and projects
- Devising new action and support for residents with projects and activities from our charity, Fresh Visions.
We’re here and we’re determined to make a positive Social Impact with and for our residents and our communities
