As part of this project, the Scrutiny Panel examined residents' experiences, and analysed current systems and process. They also reviewed the Southern Housing Action Plan for Damp and Mould, and suggested improvements.
While some residents report that issues are solved quickly, others are frustrated – even angry – with the service they receive.
