The survey is short, it takes less than 10 minutes to complete. It’s an important way for us to hear directly from residents about what matters most - from wellbeing and day-to-day challenges, to how we can improve the services we provide.

As a thank you for your time, everyone who completes the survey can choose to enter our prize draw for a chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher. The draw will take place on Monday 16 June, after which we’ll delete any personal data submitted for the prize draw.
