- Thursday 1 January 2026 - closed (accepting emergency calls only)
Our normal hours return from 9am on Friday 2 January 2025.
Emergency Repairs: If you have an emergency outside of the above times over the festive period, such as severe flooding, an uncontainable leak, gas leak, complete electrical failure or lift breakdown, please call us (details below).

An out of hours service operates outside of these times for emergencies.
* We may take longer to answer calls in the morning (between 9am and 11am) as this is our busiest time.
We’re here to support you, and we want every call to be respectful and positive. Our colleagues are committed to helping you, and we ask that they're treated with courtesy. We understand things can be frustrating at times, but we don’t tolerate abusive or discriminatory language. If this happens, we will end the call.
You can use your Online Account to check your rent account and make payments, book and manage repairs, update your tenancy information, access online services and use our contact forms.
