Paid work placements

Our paid work placement programme aims to support residents who are looking to gain work experience, develop new skills and knowledge.

Learning and developing skills is central to the work placement experience as this will help to improve the resident’s confidence and motivation to go onto securing meaningful employment.

A work placement is also a great way to earn a salary while trying something new.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of work, meet new people and receive on-the-job training.
