Southern Housing’s grounds maintenance team will no longer be cutting the grass in legacy Optivo homes in East Sussex, as of 27 October 2023.

The works have stopped due to health and safety concerns around the bad weather and potential for wet and slippery conditions.

This affects residents living in Legacy Optivo homes only.

We apologise for any inconvenience. The scheduled work programme will resume in March 2024.
