We have completed 39 new homes at our development in Artington, Guildford - transforming the site of a former kennels, cattery and plant nursery into a vibrant new community.
The scheme includes a mix of maisonettes and houses, with 5 homes for social rent, 13 for affordable rent, 12 through shared ownership, and 10 for market sale, with the majority focused on providing affordable housing for local people. One existing listed building on the site has also been carefully refurbished as part of the development.
Constructed by our own in-house construction company, the homes exceed energy efficiency targets for new developments and are equipped with electric vehicle charging points and cycle storage. The site includes open green spaces, giving the development a spacious and welcoming feel, and its close proximity to the River Wey Canal offers residents the opportunity to walk or cycle into Guildford town centre.

As part of our commitment to supporting the wider community, we’ve also installed a new bus stop shelter and pelican crossing point on the Old Portsmouth Road, improving access and safety for local residents.
Luke Chandler, Director of Delivery, said: “We’re proud to have delivered a high-quality, sustainable development that offers affordable housing options for local people in an incredibly sought-after location.
“The development is in a beautiful area, and we’re pleased to be helping more people put down roots here and enjoy everything the local community has to offer.”
