Fire Brigade
We’ve a Primary Authority Partnership with the London Fire Brigade. This gives us consistent, trusted regulatory advice on fire safety and helps us meet the latest requirements with confidence.
Fire and Rescue Services also carry out regular audits on our buildings. We attend these, listen to their recommendations, and act on them. We also take part in post‑incident investigations, working alongside our internal teams and residents to learn and improve.
Our work together includes:
- Joint home visits where needed
- Regular reviews of fire safety guidance and practices
- Direct collaboration between our Fire Safety Risk Team and local fire crews
- Shared training opportunities, including valuable emergency practice exercises for fire crews in real homes and higher‑risk buildings, where possible.
We’re proud to be leading the way in the sector, building strong relationships that support safer homes, safer firefighters, and safer communities.
G15 Group
We’re proud to be an active member of the G15 Building Safety Group, a collaboration of London’s largest housing associations working together to strengthen building and fire safety across the capital.
Through this partnership, we contribute to sector-wide work on key priorities including cladding remediation programmes, supply chain competency, and responding to government consultations and emerging guidance. This ensures our approach remains aligned with the latest fire and building safety legislation and reflects best practice across the sector.
By working closely with our G15 partners, we’re able to share learning, benchmark our performance, and support continuous improvement in how we manage building safety. This collaboration directly supports our commitment to keeping residents safe in their homes, ensuring we continue to take a proactive, transparent, and responsible approach to building safety.
