Here's how you can use Convo to contact us:

  1. Download the Convo app on your iOS or Android device, or access it through a web browser.
  2. Log in to your Convo account.
  3. In the Community Directory, find and select our organisation.
  4. Initiate a video call, and the interpreter will assist in connecting you with the appropriate person.

The interpreter may ask you to confirm who you'd like to speak with, to ensure they can route your call correctly. This service provides an accessible way for BSL users to communicate with us directly.

How to Access Convo

The first time you use Convo you will need to complete a one-time registration. This will keep your account secure and allow us to call you back if needed.
