During our merger process we took a fresh look at how we involve residents in scrutiny, decision-making and shaping our services. We wanted to embed the resident voice into the heart of our new organisation, by developing a new resident governance framework appropriate for a larger and more complex organisation at a time when we all face considerable challenges.

Back in the spring of 2024, our Independent Living Team took part in a rigorous assessment process, to achieve national recognition through the Erosh accreditation. Now, a year on, they’ve aced their annual review and been re-accredited for another year.
