Repair raising tips

  • Our day to day repairs service is delivered by Wates and in some instances, their approved sub-contractors.
  • For Heating & Hot Water Services, if you have gas supplied to your property please raise repairs to TSG Building Services, or if there is not a gas supply to your property please raise repairs to Wates.
  • Take photographs of the repair in question, it may help us investigate
  • If it is an emergency we request that you call your repairs team directly on 0300 303 1061 Option 1 so that an urgent appointment can be arranged
  • You can also report repairs to us in through the repairs app and via your online account.
