Current consultation
We're currently consulting residents on the timings of our upcoming surveys.
We're also inviting residents of certain blocks to put themselves forward for a survey in their home, while it's redecorated. If you're interested in having your home redecorated, this document will explain what we can offer.
We'd move you into temporary accommodation that's suitable for you for around two weeks while we carry out the surveys and redecorate your home. Rest assured, we'll arrange and cover all aspects of your temporary stay.

Previous consultations
December 2025 - We invited residents to share their feedback on phase 1 of the BSSP, we received five responses.
December 2025 - we consulted residents of Dawson Heights on the smoke and heat detection they've in place, 26% residents responded.
August 2025 - we invited residents to feedback on what times they'd like our contractors to be on site, the most popular response was 9am-5pm.
