Jenny is Executive Director People & Culture at Southern Housing.

Prior to this, she was Group Director for People & Communications at Southern Housing Group.

Jenny has had an extensive career spanning all aspects of Human Resources and communications.

This includes senior national HR and communications roles at Royal Mail and executive appointments within the Further Education sector and at Sussex Police.  

Jenny joined Southern Housing Group as HR Director in 2015 and was appointed to the Executive Team in 2021.
