How to register for a sippi online account

Open your phone camera and hover over the black and white code in your letter.

Tap the website link that appears when you've scanned the code.

If you're unsure, see our video. 

Enter your name email and phone number and click to the next screen. This should take you to form with your address pre-filled. 

If it's incorrect, email permitssupport@sippi.com or call 0345 646 1360 for help. 

 

This could be a council tax bill, gas, water or electric bill. 

If you're unable to remember it, keep a copy of it somewhere secure. 

Log in and apply for a permit

Use your email and password set when you registered your account. 

Give your permit a name

Add your name and phone number.

You should also select the type of permit you need - pick from resident, visitor, carer or contractor.  

This should be the name of the block or estate where you live.

Include your number plate, make, model, engine size, fuel type and vehicle colour.

Check all the information you've included is correct. Once you're happy, select 'confirm' to send your application.

Important things to know

  • Resident permits renew at the same time for each site every year - if you're unsure when this is, check with sippi. 
  • You can cancel visitor permits at anytime in the 'my permits' section of your account. 
  • You can also check the status of your application in the 'my permits' section of your account.
