We’re proud to be helping our residents to build a stronger future and lead a happier and healthier life.

Mum-of-two Natallia, from Hastings, Sussex, was left unable to walk after having a total hip replacement.

But, with support from our Wellbeing Service, she has been able to improve her mobility, boost her mental health, and meet new people.

With help from our Community Wellbeing Co-ordinator, Vanessa Porter, Natallia was able to use her local leisure centre with a free three-month Freedom Leisure pass.

It gave her access to the swimming pool, gym and exercise classes.

“I have lost three kilos in three months since I started my activities which I’ve tried to lose for many years. You do a great job helping your residents to improve their lives.”

- Natallia

Natallia is now busy studying to become a qualified translator, while looking after her children and working part time.

We have a range of free courses and activities to help learn new skills, make friends and build confidence.
