Managing agents
Managing agents are contracted to look after our schemes, provide on-site care and support to our residents, and carry out minor repairs.
These arrangements are usually commissioned in conjunction with local authorities and adult social care.
Third-party providers
We work with third-party care and support providers who deliver services to our residents, living in designated supported schemes or to people living in homes dispersed across the community.
