Redevelopment and regeneration plans announced

Four Courts Steering Group set up. This group represents the community for the future regeneration of the estate.

All Bevin Court residents will have moved into their new homes.

Masterplan engagement and design. Our masterplan is the long term strategy that outlines the overall vision for redeveloping the Four Courts area. Surveyors have started carrying out site surveys. They will start to discuss housing needs with residents.

Submission of planning application for masterplan and Phase 1 (Stonehouse View will be delivered in phases). The planning decision takes a minimum of 12 weeks following submission.

All Roosevelt Court residents will have moved into their new homes. Our Resettlement Team will start to discuss housing needs with our Churchill Court and Kennedy Court residents.

Demolition of Bevin Court and Roosevelt Court begins.

Building contractor who will build the Phase 1 homes appointed.

Construction is due to start, with new homes from Phase 1 expected to be available in 2031.
