Bevin Court
Our dedicated Resettlement Team have found most residents a new home which they have now settled into.
We’ll continue to support all remaining Bevin Court residents to find a
permanent new home by Autumn 2026.
Roosevelt Court
Our dedicated Resettlement Team remain in close contact with all residents.
So far, a third of households have moved into their new homes. We expect to have found permanent new homes for everyone
at Roosevelt Court by Spring 2027
Kennedy Court
Our Kennedy Court residents will be allocated a dedicated Resettlement
Officer to discuss their housing needs from Spring 2027.
It’s unlikely Kennedy Court residents will move into their new home until 2031 at the
earliest
Churchill Court
Our Churchill Court residents will be allocated a dedicated Resettlement
Officer to discuss their housing needs from Spring 2027.
It’s unlikely Churchill Court residents will move into their new home until 2031 at the earliest.
