The Four Courts Steering Group was officially formed in June 2025. This is the recognised group representing all residents of the Four Courts estate during the Stonehouse View regeneration project.
They will influence the design and delivery of the project, and scrutinise Southern Housing’s performance.
The group is open to all current residents of the Four Courts and is made up of residents from Bevin Court, Roosevelt Court, Churchill Court and Kennedy Court. The membership is up to twelve residents and a non-voting observer. There is a Chair and a Vice Chair of the Group.
The Group hold regular monthly meetings, focussed sessions and workshops when needed. The Steering Group has a terms of reference, code of conduct and confidentiality agreement.
