We're holding two events this October where we'll be sharing the preferred masterplan for Stonehouse View before plans are submitted for planning later this year. You can find out more about the events here.
We'll also be hosting an event for neighbours and businesses on Monday 12 October, from 3pm to 7pm. Local people will have an opportunity to find out more about the proposals and ask questions. You can view the letter sent here.

A new Stonehouse View parking and mobility survey has been launched to help us better understand current and future parking, accessibility and travel needs across the estate.
You can complete the survey here by 5pm on 5 October 2026 for a chance to win a £25 shopping voucher.
August 2026
A letter has been sent to neighbouring homes and business about our plans for Stonehouse View.
It went to residents living in Sydney Close, Adelaide Road, Hollington Old Lane, Coventry Road, Stream Cottages, Oxford Road, Stonehouse Drive and Lewis Road. Neighbouring businesses on the Ponswood Industrial Estate received the same letter. You can view the letter sent here.
