We've appointed new window cleaning contractors across six of our operating areas, and it's good news for residents: lower costs, a more consistent service, and higher quality standards.
We expect the change to save over £400,000 a year, and we're passing those savings on by reducing costs to residents.

- South London – F & G Cleaning
- North London – Chequers
We ran a thorough tender process, asking providers to compete on both cost and quality, so we could choose contractors who'd deliver the best value and service for you.
What happens next?
