We recently reviewed 35 letters about a range of subjects, including repairs, retrofit works, major works, electrical appointments, fire safety inspections, and damp and mould.

The draft letters were sent to our Resident Communication Group, a resident led group who review and refine key messages to ensure they’re clear, accessible, and truly resident friendly. They shared their thoughts and feedback and helped shaped the final versions of our letters.

We were able to add a ‘resident approved’ stamp to the letters they’d seen.

We’ll continue to look at some of our other standard letters over the coming months, working closely with our Resident Communication Group.
