We did
- We’ll lead with written content, with some videos, where possible
- We’re working hard to improve the photography throughout Shine, hopefully you noticed this in our last issue
- We send Shine by email and text and share it on our WhatsApp channel. A printed copy, featuring the highlights of each issue, is provided, if a resident requests it
- We’ve featured our website accessibility tool, Reachdeck, in this issue
- We recently started sending Shine via regional emails, highlighting local content in the email, however, there’s room for improvement, as we understand some areas feel underrepresented. It’s a real challenge to include every one of our operating areas as we cover such a huge area, however, we’re exploring how we can improve this with our senior management and local teams
- We’re committed to including transparent information on where we need to improve. Our last issue featured an article from CEO, Paul Hackett, in which he spoke about repairs. Every issue includes content around service improvements of some sort, whether that’s repairs, our contact centre, damp and mould or involving residents
- We’ll ensure every issue includes some fun content, including recipes, crafts, quizzes and activities for children
- We’ll continue to prioritise resident-led content in every issue – please let us know if you’d like to write something for our next issue!
