- More houses than Idea 1
- A layout that continues to respond to the existing roads
- New roads introduced from Stonehouse Drive to improve connections through the site
- A smaller central green space
- The potential for bus stops on Stonehouse Drive and within the upper part of the site.
Idea 3
Key features:
- A greater number of houses, balanced by apartments and maisonettes
- Less overall open space than Ideas 1 and 2
- A new north to south road introduced through the site to improve connectivity.
