Our residents’ safety is our number one priority. But it’s equally important they feel and are listened to.
Our goal is for our residents’ lived experience to be front and centre of our approach. The strategy explains how we’ll do this and how we’ll work in partnership and engage with our residents on building safety related matters.
We want our residents to feel informed and empowered to challenge decisions and get involved in discussions about their building at critical stages.
