We previously let you know about Caring Callers, our winter initiative that offers welfare calls to our vulnerable residents aged 70 or over, living in unsupported accommodation. The calls were made throughout December and January by our contractors as part their social value give back.

Caring Callers is delivered and managed by the Fresh Visions senior programme, Intouch. Intouch is a three year programme, targeting people aged 55 and over. It provides employment support and a range of health and wellbeing programmes to combat isolation and loneliness.
