As a not-for-profit housing association, all our income is invested back into our homes and services. So, we're excited to share we’re investing up to £2.38 billion into our homes over the next 20 years.

This work will deliver a wide range of improvements, including new kitchens and bathrooms, replacement roofing, windows and front entrance doors, as well as important fire safety upgrades and energy-saving measures associated with these measures.
A huge thank you to residents who were involved in shaping this programme. Over the past 18 months, we listened carefully to what you told us mattered most, and used that information to design a programme that reflects your real needs.
We’ve appointed six trusted partners to carry out the work across London, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and Kent. They are Highview Group, Axis Europe, Chas Berger, Amber Construction, Hugh LS McConnell and Architectural Decorators Limited.
