You can use your Online Account to check your rent account and make payments, book and manage repairs, update your tenancy information, access online services and use our contact forms.
Our app for Online Account is also now available for free download. It makes managing your home easy. Download today from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Search 'Southern Housing Online' or click the links below.
Please note: We're making changes to how we collect and process rent and service charge payments for those living in homes previously managed by Optivo. For most residents, there will be little or no change to how payments are made. However, if you use a payment card or certain payment methods, there may be some action you need to take. An out of hours service operates outside of these times for emergencies.
We may take longer to answer calls in the morning (between 9am and 11am) as this is our busiest time.
We’re here to support you, and we want every call to be respectful and positive. Our colleagues are committed to helping you, and we ask that they're treated with courtesy. We understand things can be frustrating at times, but we don’t tolerate abusive or discriminatory language. If this happens, we will end the call.
